MIXED USE AREA OFF CHIMNEY WALK (MU4)
MU4 accommodates two new buildings up to nine storeys high including 72 residential units and approximately 450m2 of café/restaurant uses at ground floor level along Chimney Walk. All residential units follow approved space standards and other relevant guidelines and are located close to the new school and Riverside Park (along the western edge of Sugar House Island).
In addition, a three-storey commercial building will be delivered as part of MU4, off Sugar House Lane and opposite Botanical Mews (our first homes launching next year). This building follows development parameters and design specifications agreed between Vastint, the London Legacy Development Corporation and Historic England and will provide community facilities and other services for Sugar House Island.
